Additional requirements include:Experience: One year of obstetrical clinical experience preferredSkills: Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate actionAmerican Heart Association Certifications:Basic Life Support (BLS) within 30-days of hireAdvanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 90-days of hireNeonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP-Advanced) within 90-day of hireAdditional Certifications:Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Certificate (FMC) within 6 months of hireRequired for Charge Nurses only Advanced Fetal Monitoring (AFM) within 1 year of hire or transfer into charge position.
