Additional requirements include:Certifications: Basic Life Support (BLS). Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within 90 days of hire. Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS)/ENPC within 6 months of hire. Newly graduated nurses must have current BLS upon hire and must obtain ACLS and PALS/ENPC within 6 months of hire. New hires will have ninety (90) days from date of hire to obtain American Heart Association certifications.
