Safety Boot Purchase ReimbursementPaid HolidaysPaid TrainingEmployee Referral Bonus Key Driveline TechnicianResponsibilities Include:Assemble and disassemble drivelinesWash parts, inspect parts, and discard all damaged partsTake micrometer measurement of flywheels; set grinder and regrind flywheel to specificationsPrepare list of required replacement parts on work orderPull new parts from inventory and complete the appropriate paperworkPaint and label partsReassemble, time and balance driveline, if requiredTag units as requiredPlace units in inventory or for customer pick up as requiredSubmit work order for invoicingClean work area and maintain equipment; adhering to all environmental, health and safety standardsSuccessful Driveline TechnicianCandidates Will Have:Minimum of one year of experience as a mechanic, machinist, welder, assembler, or technicianExperience in heavy-duty diesel truck mechanics / repair is a plusStrong Mechanical Aptitude with an understanding of mechanical systems, particularly diesel engines and drivelinesAbility to take and apply precise measurements effectivelyKnowledge of safety protocols and a focus on maintaining a safe working environmentProven history of effective teamwork and collaborationHigh level of accuracy and efficiency in following detailed specifications and instructionsBasic set of hand tools required (or willingness to invest in tools as responsibilities grow)Ability to lift up to 50+lbsAbility to operate power industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, etc.) TruckPro offers a stimulating workplace based on open collaboration, personal development, and future opportunity.
