Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.Certifications:Basic Life Support (BLS) current upon hire.Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP) must be obtained within 6 months of hire. Intermediate Fetal Monitoring or Advanced Fetal Monitoring must be obtained within one year from hire.STABLE certification preferred.New hires will have ninety (90) days from date of hire to obtain American Heart Association certifications. Notwithstanding this grace period' for obtaining American Heart Association certifications, employees are not excused from being current in any and all existing certifications that are required for their position as outlined in the position job description.Licenses:Current NM RN license or appropriate compact RN licensure.

Newly graduated RNs must have current BLS upon hire, must obtain ACLS and PALS/ENPC within six months from hire. New hires will have ninety (90) days from date of hire to obtain American Heart Association certifications.
