Co-chairs the hospital Stroke Committee, prepares statistical reports for audits and reviews, and presents data at various meetings. Abstracts and evaluates medical records, including those of re-admitted patients, and identifies program needs in collaboration with hospital leadership. Coordinates stroke education for staff, physicians, patients, and the community. Ensures patient safety and adherence to hospital policies, supports staff development, and serves as a mentor and resource.
