The Back-End Clerk spends most of their time communicating with customers, vendors, and manufacturers and must be comfortable having difficult conversations. Coordinates efforts toward discharge goals established at initial evaluation and during episode of care. Is an infant, child, and family advocate.This is an advanced practice area and not appropriate for COTA or New graduate OT.Other duties as assigned.
