Join Us as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
We are hiring dedicated and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our team! Our BCBAs play a key role in improving the lives of children and families through evidence-based ABA practices. Our ideal BCBA candidate is fun, innovative, compassionate, and collaborative. What You'll Do:
Conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments and reassessments, including Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments, to identify target behaviors.Develop individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) based on assessment outcomes.Design, implement, and modify treatment programs grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) principles.Train and supervise Behavior Technicians (BTs), Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and other team members on intervention strategies.Monitor client progress toward treatment goals and adjust plans as needed to improve outcomes.Ensure consistent, accurate data collection for all target behaviors and treatment objectives.Analyze treatment data regularly to guide clinical decision-making and ensure effectiveness.Provide ongoing training and support to families, caregivers, and relevant stakeholders in behavioral strategies.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians, educators, and therapists, to support holistic care.Communicate regularly with families to share updates, address behavioral challenges, and offer actionable recommendations.
What You'll Need
Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related fieldCurrent certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Completion of BCBA supervision trainingLicensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) in the state of New JerseyAbility to meet the physical demands of the role, includin:Standing and moving for at least 75% of the workdaySitting on and rising from the floor, kneeling, bending, and actively engaging with childrenLifting, pushing, or pulling up to 40 pounds
Work Location and Hours
Hybrid (In-person and telehealth). Community (working in-home/community) with travel up to 30 miles to provide in person supervision/parent training.M-F flexible based on billable requirement; hours between 3:00p and end around 8:00p EST

Compensation
Base Salary $85,000.00-$90,000.00Total Compensation Range: $85,000.00 - $111,600 (Compensation Range is base salary + potential bonus)
Final compensation will be based on a range of factors, such as your skills, education, experience in the ABA field, certification, licensure, market conditions, and internal equity. All offers are made in alignment with applicable federal and state laws.
