The duties of an aircraft refueler will consist of servicing aircraft and other equipment with aviation and automotive fuels with the use of tanker trucks, hydrant carts or tow carts. Aircraft refulers are required to position the fueling equipment next to the aircraft and service it with fuel following all Airline and Company policy and safety regulations at all times. Other duties related to the job are completing required paperwork such fuel service records, tanker sheets, truck sheets and meter tickets and the sumping of overnight aircraft as well as performing normal shop housekeeping duties.

Works under the direct supervision of the Medical Director/PCP. Manages complex clinical situations for which he/she is responsible.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESPerforms health histories, physical exams, and participant teaching. Orders, interprets, and follows up on lab tests and results. Performs selected procedures and documents care in writing in EMR. Initiates emergency measures as indicated. Recognizes abnormalities that justify immediate referral for intervention by others.Initiates, evaluates, reviews and changes orders for selected medications and diagnostic studies/treatments within attending physician approved protocols.Assesses, initiates, and coordinates participant care on a daily basis under the supervision of the attending physician. Makes referral to other physicians including specialists with staff PCP approval.Requests consultations from other services as needed in collaboration with attending physician and/or established protocols.Acts as liaison with physicians, nurses and other healthcare professionals providing education, communication and support for healthcare staff, participants, and families. Directs participant management in conjunction with physician staff.Participates in the PACE provider call schedule.Participates as a member of the Interdisciplinary Team. Attends staff meetings and takes part in participant care planning.Assists the IDT in formulating a plan for the coordination of 24-hour care.Documents participant changes appropriately in the medical record and communicates participant changes to team members.Evaluates and treats participants in their homes, assisted living facilities, nursing homes, and hospitals when medically indicated.Precepts medical students and residents during their PACE rotation.Encourages all participants to have Advanced Directives and provides education as needed; may discuss the Do Not Resuscitate (DNR) option with the participant and/or family members and may complete the Health Care Wishes form and write DNR orders in the medical record, in collaboration with a physician.REQUIREMENTSMaster’s degree in clinical nursing from accredited Nurse practitioner program.3-5 years nursing experience with Nurse Practitioner experience preferred.RN licensure in perspective state and a Family certification from Nurse Practitioner program.Only act within the scope of his or her authority to practice. Meet a standardized set of competencies for the specific position description established by the state and approved by CMS before working1 year of experience working with a frail or elderly population preferred. Exercises considerable judgment in accordance with physician's treatment plan and within the scope of departmental policies and procedures.
