Role: • Lead the development and execution of comprehensive go-to-market strategies for Ethoca’s Clarity Subscription Controls and lend support to the other Ethoca suite of products and services for dispute resolution. • Take a data-driven approach to product enhancement by identifying opportunity areas, contributing to the Product roadmap, and prioritizing work to deliver against key areas of focus to drive revenue. • Manage the delivery of ongoing innovation and enhancements by embracing the commercialization process from ideation to launch, ensuring that products are positioned effectively in the NAM region. • Evaluate and utilize customer insights to drive product improvements and strategic decisions working with our Global product teams. • Take ownership of product activities, including training internal teams, hosting external webinars, and monitoring product performance. • Collaborate with global partners to prioritize and align on product roadmaps. • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, customer pain points, and competitive opportunities.
