This is alocal driving position only– no overnights, no long-haul! Be home every night while working with a team that values safety, reliability, and professionalism.
This is a union position.
Key Responsibilities
Safely transport materials to and from local customer sites.
Load and unload roll-off containers, dump trailers, and flatbeds as needed.
Swap or live-load containers in accordance with daily dispatch.
Secure all loads per DOT guidelines.
Maintain clear communication with Dispatch and log trip numbers accurately.
Conduct pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections.
Other duties as assigned by management.
What We're Looking For
Valid CDL Class A license(required)
Minimum 2 yearsof driving experience withdump trailers, roll-offs, and flatbeds
Strong understanding ofstate and federal motor carrier regulations
Basic mechanical knowledge of trucks and trailers
Ability to work independently and maintain a professional demeanor
Strong safety record and excellent customer service skills
Education & Experience
High school diploma or GED
Must meet all DOT qualifications and safety standards
Roll-off and flatbed experience isrequired
Work Environment & Schedule
Work is performed outdoors in all weather conditions
PPE required
Some weekend or evening work may be necessary
Physical requirements include standing, sitting, bending, kneeling, and lifting light weights
