Roof Quality Control Inspector As a Roofing Quality Control Inspector at Trinity Solar, you will play a key role in ensuring that roofing materials and installations meet Trinity standards. You will be responsible for inspecting roofing systems, identifying potential issues before they become costly problems, and documenting findings to guarantee five-star quality standards are met.Project Management: Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders. Manage subcontractors and ensure their work is completed on time and to the required Trinity standards. Offer assistance and answer questions about the roofing system and installation practices to the customer. On-Site Supervision: Conduct thorough inspections of roofing systems, including the roof, attic, perimeter, and garage. Take clear and detailed photos of any damage, leaks, or issues observed during inspections. Generate detailed inspection reports that include findings, photos, and recommendations for corrective action. Identify and diagnose potential problems such as improper installation. Resolve onsite issues and problems as they arise. Communication and Collaborations Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer, corporate project management team and stakeholders.
