Ensures that all received meats meet or exceed company quality standards. Receives and unpacks meat, poultry, seafood, prepared foods, and cheeses in the meat cooler and freezer. Qualifications:Bachelor’s Degree in civil engineering required, 2 to 3 years’ experience in field. Retail Corporate or Civil Engineering Design firm experience a plus. General knowledge of land use planning/civil engineering principles and with Regulatory Agency/Municipal approval process. Familiarity with retail site design with understanding of soils, drainage, environmental and other related activities. Awareness of legal and environmental issues related to land.
