Extrusion Operator FULL-TIME $27/hr The Extrusion Operator is paid $22-$27/hr depending on experience. Your hourly wage will start at a lower rate and once you show your experience on our equipment there will be an increase in your pay after 60-90 days Extrusion Operators are critical members of our team. They set up, operate, and tend machines that extrude and coat flat films from synthetic materials. In this position you will set up and operate production equipment including blown film extruders, silicone coaters, and slitter/rewinders. You will work both independently and with a team to meet and exceed customers’ specifications and timeframes. Adjust machine components to regulate speeds, pressures, and temperatures, and amounts, dimensions, and flow of materials or ingredients. Examine, measure, and weigh materials or products to verify conformance to standards, using measuring devices such as templates, micrometers, or scales.
