This position will be compensated at $23.00 - $24.00/hr.ESSENTIAL DUTIES Assist with hiring staff and trainingMaintain a clean and inviting retail locationAccountability for all security issues involving cash handling, theft, liability & premisesCollaborate with Retail Manager in preparing operating and capital budgets, including labor, and completing monthly variance reportsResponsible for retail inventory, counts, reconciliation, store transfers, theft procedures, warranty returns and all related paperworkReview product mix, OTB and stock levels with the Head Buyer on a regular basis, assist with buying as directedContinually exceed our guest expectations and create memories for guests and staffAdditional duties as assigned by managementEDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS Education:High School Diploma, or equivalent, requiredExperience:Previous supervisory role in retail, preferredPrevious retail experience, requiredQUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILL AND ABILITY REQUIREMENTSMust be at least 18 years oldComputer literateStrong communication and organizational skillsStrong people skills, a team playerPassion for the outdoors, fashion & functionalityPHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORKING CONDITIONS This position may be required to work evenings, weekends and holidays.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodations.
