Job Summary Responsible for performing ultrasounds in a professional and diagnostic manner. Uses cognitive sonographic skills to identify and record appropriate anatomical, pathological, and diagnostic images. Registration in at least one of the following areas of sonography is required: Registered Diagnostic Medical Sonographer (RDMS), Registered Vascular Technologist (RVT), American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT), or registry eligible. Registry preferred within two years after hiring. If working in North Dakota and performing medical imaging or radiation therapy procedures, licensure through the North Dakota Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy (NDMIRT) Board is required.
