A&P’s also provide for the general and routine maintenance and do so in accordance with all Federal Aviation Administration regulations, all aircraft manufacturer's recommendation and all company policies and procedures. Additionally A&P mechanics are required to maintain detailed records concerning all work conducted, inspections performed, conditions found, and safety compliance.Additionally, Technician II’s are more qualified to perform engine run and taxi on multiple aircraft as well perform basic engine rigging, flight control rigging, be able to communicate with customers, estimate tasks, understand basic wiring and structures, and perform of aircraft systems. The senior mechanics also obtain the ability to mentor junior mechanics as well provide supervision while managing multiple projects. Overview: The Ultrasound Technologist utilizes ultrasound equipment to provide diagnostic sonographic examinations to locate, evaluate and record critical functional, pathological and anatomical data. This role is responsible for providing services on-call for after-hours and emergency cases, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Working under direct supervision, the Ultrasound Technologist ensures accuracy and quality of ultrasound examinations, enabling physicians to make informed decisions about patient care, and contribute to providing patients with an optimal overall health care experience. Responsibilities: Performs high-quality routine and special ultrasound examinations following established protocols and procedures to minimize repeat examinations and assist in the accurate diagnosis and treatment of patients, ensuring optimal patient care. Overview: The Radiologic Computed Tomography Technologist is responsible for providing high-quality patient care during Computed Tomography (CT) procedures and diagnostic imaging examinations using approved workflows and procedural protocols. Working under direct supervision, this position uses specialized computerized x-ray equipment to produce cross sectional images of the human anatomy which aid radiologists in diagnosing a wide variety of diseases and disorders. Responsibilities: Performs routine and special CT and diagnostic exams adhering to established protocols to minimize additional imaging and limit radiation dose, maintaining exam productivity within established benchmarks. Follows instructions from physicians regarding which area of the patient s body needs imaging. Talks the patient through the procedure and answer questions to lower their anxiety and increase their understanding of the procedure. Positions the patient correctly and adjusts the imaging equipment to the specified position to create quality images of specific parts of the body. Reviews and assesses patient medical histories to determine appropriate imaging parameters for accurate results.
