Coordinating medical services for the facilityManaging routine sick calls, appointments, treatments, and follow-upsMaintaining compliance with care plans and facility regulationsSupporting and guiding fellow team membersBeing a key point of contact for provider and facility staffHandling documentation, scheduling, and basic administrative tasks
