Candidates should have at least 2 years of industrial electrical supervision experience.
The Superintendent will oversee the operations and field personnel responsible for the installation, additions, and/or repairs of electrical systems, conductors, and associated materials/equipment for the assigned job. The ideal candidate is a natural problem solver who exercises great communication skills with project managers and clients. Relocation assistance available for out of state candidates.
Duties include but are not limited to: Managing a crew of 10 -15 electricians Review plans and layouts provided by the Project Manager Identify and communicate conflicts in construction progress with the Project Manager. Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, plan and schedule changes Generate weekly and monthly material requests Attend job site meetings with General Contractor, when needed Maintain daily logs and other paperwork that can be required by the General Contractor Use an iPad to document daily progress on a project Maintaining safe and clean working environment Comprehend and practice safe work procedures
Experience requirements: Strong industrial electrical background. 2 years of prior industrial electrical supervision experience Strong knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC). Ability to safely operate and maintain a specialized electrical service vehicle. Able to maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times. Able to demonstrate necessary computer and keyboard skills. Ability to manage customer and company specific information and documentation in an organized manner. Able to maintain high levels of productivity, meeting deadlines while maintaining accuracy. Must be an effective and professional communicator, both written and verbally.

Must understand and perform required math functions. Must Possess a valid driver’s license or the ability to transport to and from assigned job sites. Knowledgeable of National Electric Code and comply with State and local building codes during the installation of electrical systems. The ER RN demonstrates strong clinical skills, exceptional critical thinking abilities, excellent communication under pressure, and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and professional ethics.Essential Work Functions:Rapidly assess and triage patients upon arrival, prioritizing care based on the severity of their condition Explain emergency procedures and treatments to patients and families Administer prescribed medications and treatments in accordance with approved emergency nursing techniques and protocols Prepare equipment and aid physicians during emergency treatments and examinations Monitor patient comfort and safety throughout their time in the emergency department, responding to immediate needs Observe and document patient conditions as required within scope of practice Take and monitor vital signs using clinical judgment to address deviations and prevent complications Respond to life-saving situations based upon emergency nursing standards, policies, procedures, and protocols Document comprehensive nursing assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic medical records (EMR) Initiate patient education plans according to individualized needs, considering the acute nature of emergency care Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams including physicians, specialists, paramedics, social workers and other support staff to ensure comprehensive care Perform other duties as assigned within the scope of practice Adhere to hospital safety protocols, infection control guidelines, and regulatory standardsRequired Essential Skills:Critical thinking, service excellence, and good interpersonal communication skills The ability to read, write, and communicate in the English language Ability to read/comprehend written instructions, follow verbal instructions, and proficiency in PC skills Physical Abilities - Must be able to remain in a stationary position, move about, move equipment (50-100lbs), push, pull, and bend Interpersonal Skills - Must be able to work effectively with a variety of personnel (professional and ancillary) to present a positive attitude and professionalism Technical/Motor Skills - Must have the ability to grasp, perform fine manipulation, push/pull, and move about when assisting with procedures and/or using department equipment Mental Requirements - Must be able to cope with frequent contact with the general public and customers while meeting deadlines under pressure. Must be able to work under close supervision occasionally, as well as working without assistance from other personnel.
