Our Telemetry unit is 22 beds with a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5/6. We are staffed with Registered Nurses (RNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) and Monitor Techs providing care for patients for a mix of patients including Med/Surg. In addition, our 18-bed Intensive Care Unit (ICU). Staffed with Registered Nurses (RNs) and Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), our ICU operates with a 1:2/3 nurse to patient ratio. The Case Manager integrates the roles of Utilization Management, Case Management and Discharge Planning. Our unit treats a variety of diagnoses such as Major Depressive Disorder (MDD), Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD) and Substance Use Disorder (SUD). Patients may present with psychosis, suicidal ideation, homicidal ideation, mania, or exacerbations of mental illness.
