Description:Registered Nurse (RN) - Wound Care ClinicClinic Hours:Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm.PRNPosition Summary:Provide education to patients, and families on the disease process, treatment, diagnostic testing and patientresponsibilities involving treatment.Perform initial assessment and reassessments with appropriate documentation. Notify MD of any abnormal findings.Obtain laboratory samples per policy. (Example: wound cultures).Assess wounds and apply ordered dressings per policy.
