We are a very dynamic and busy hospital. In addition to our 16 inpatient ORs, we also provide anesthesia services to 3 OB ORs, 4 Endoscopy suites, 2 Open Heart Rooms, and a wide variety of Out-of-OR Anesthesia including Interventional Radiology, Electrophysiology and Cath Lab, MRI, CT, Nuclear Medicine and Radiation Oncology, 12 more outpatient ORs specializing in peds endoscopy, dental, urology, and eye surgery as well as simple adult general outpatient procedures, eyes, and screening endoscopy.Location: Presbyterian Medical Center - Charlotte, NC; Presbyterian is our 661 bed level 2 trauma center centrally located just outside of uptown Charlotte. Overview: The hours for the position will be 7:30a – 5p Mon, Tues, Thurs, Fri and 7:30a – 1:30p on Wednesday.Ambulatory clinic experience preferred.In partnership with the Clinic Administrator, ensures implementation and success of NHMG goals, organizes and directs the clinical environment, and coordinates teams to assure effective care is given to provide quality patient care in physician practices. Supervises up to 9 FTEs. The Registered Nurse serves as a leader of the healthcare team at Novant Health by establishing an authentic personalized relationship with the patient and their chosen support system, collaborating with physicians and other team members to assess, plan, implement, delegate and evaluate an individualized plan of care that promotes optimal health or supports a peaceful death and takes ownership in creating an environment that allows team members to be present with patients and families.
