The starting wage for this non-exempt position is negotiable within the range of $17.70 - $20.00, based on the applicant's skills and experience they bring to the position. This is a 40-hour week position, totaling 2080 hours annually. It will occasionally see overtime. Additionally, this position may be eligible for an on-call stipend once trained.
