Overview: Join Novant Health as an Electrophysiology (EP) RN LeadAre you a skilled Registered Nurse passionate about electrophysiology and leadership Novant Health is looking for a dedicated EP RN Lead to guide our specialized team and elevate patient care in our advanced cardiac electrophysiology unit.Position: Electrophysiology (EP) RN LeadLocation: Cardiology Clinic, Winston-Salem NC Employment Type: Full Time 40 hours per week, 8am-5pm Your RoleAs the EP RN Lead, you will:Lead and coordinate complex electrophysiology procedures with precisionMentor and support nursing staff, fostering a culture of continuous learningEnsure compliance with clinical protocols and regulatory standardsDrive quality improvement initiatives and promote patient safetyKnowledge of all Novant approved implantable devices including single, dual, multi-lead pacemakers.You will also need to have knowledge on single, dual, multi-lead internal cardiac defibrillators. Associates Degree orBachelor's degree in related field, preferred.Experience:Experience in physician office practice setting, required.Licensure/Certification:Current RN licensure in appropriate state, required.Additional Skills Required:Minimum of three years EP Expertise as demonstrated by the ability to operate, programmers from all Novant approved vendors and knowledge of all Novant approved implantable devices including single, dual, multi-lead pacemaker; single, dual, multi-lead internal cardiac defibrillator; internal implantable loop recorders; must be able to operate, interrogate, program and re-program all listed devices based on protocols, assessment, and physician orders. Successful completion of generic and department-specifics skills validation, competency testing, EP clinic skills as listed above, Basic Life Support, ACLS certified.Additional Skills Preferred:Leadership development.
