Job Responsibilities: Work with Project Managers, Customers, and other types of management to plan, organize, and direct the work of job crew employees daily Maintain familiarity with plans, specifications, and job folder contract scope Plan layout and installation of same in accordance with job specifications Attend coordination meetings as required and provide necessary information Receive and review weekly job assignments Complete a detailed list of all required materials, tools, and manpower for job assignments and communicate requirements with the direct Project Manager Assist in the monitoring and documentation of the progress of the job using appropriate forms and procedures as directed by the Project Manager. Provide the workforce with current and accurate information as generated by the Project Manager, including RFI's, memorandums, and any other forms of communication devices Assist in the communication of company policies and procedures to the job crew Apply knowledge of the National Electrical Codes as needed Order daily materials as needed for your work area and follow up on backorders as necessary through the Project Manager.
