Recore Electrical Contractors, Inc. a multi-state licensed, 100% employee-owned, Electrical Services contractor, and one of the largest electrical contractors in the Charlotte Metro Area; is growing and seeking an Industrial Electrical Superintendent to run industrial projects.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of industrial electrical supervision experience.
The Superintendent will oversee the operations and field personnel responsible for the installation, additions, and/or repairs of electrical systems, conductors, and associated materials/equipment for the assigned job. The ideal candidate is a natural problem solver who exercises great communication skills with project managers and clients. Relocation assistance available for out of state candidates.
Duties include but are not limited to: Managing a crew of 10 -15 electricians Review plans and layouts provided by the Project Manager Identify and communicate conflicts in construction progress with the Project Manager. Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, plan and schedule changes Generate weekly and monthly material requests Attend job site meetings with General Contractor, when needed Maintain daily logs and other paperwork that can be required by the General Contractor Use an iPad to document daily progress on a project Maintaining safe and clean working environment Comprehend and practice safe work procedures
Experience requirements: Strong industrial electrical background. 2 years of prior industrial electrical supervision experience Strong knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC). Ability to safely operate and maintain a specialized electrical service vehicle. Able to maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times. Able to demonstrate necessary computer and keyboard skills. Ability to manage customer and company specific information and documentation in an organized manner. Able to maintain high levels of productivity, meeting deadlines while maintaining accuracy. Must be an effective and professional communicator, both written and verbally.

Job Responsibilities: Work with Project Managers, Customers, and other types of management to plan, organize, and direct the work of job crew employees daily Maintain familiarity with plans, specifications, and job folder contract scope Plan layout and installation of same in accordance with job specifications Attend coordination meetings as required and provide necessary information Receive and review weekly job assignments Complete a detailed list of all required materials, tools, and manpower for job assignments and communicate requirements with the direct Project Manager Assist in the monitoring and documentation of the progress of the job using appropriate forms and procedures as directed by the Project Manager. Provide the workforce with current and accurate information as generated by the Project Manager, including RFI's, memorandums, and any other forms of communication devices Assist in the communication of company policies and procedures to the job crew Apply knowledge of the National Electrical Codes as needed Order daily materials as needed for your work area and follow up on backorders as necessary through the Project Manager. Monitor and track employee work time as necessary and assist the Project Manager and workforce in the proper coding of time cards as required Be available to the team for any questions regarding tasks being performed Ensure the job site is properly cleaned up at the end of each workday Ensure compliance with all job safety standards established by all regulatory agencies. Responsibly manage assigned truck, tools, and equipment.
Skills and Qualifications: At least 2 years of electrical supervision experience in an Industrial setting. Able to perform professional installation in an Industrial setting. Able to lead/work and manage 1-5 men in an industrial setting. Able to interpret and implement blueprint specifications. Should have mechanical aptitude. Must understand and perform required math functions. Must Possess a valid driver’s license or the ability to transport to and from assigned job sites. Knowledgeable of National Electric Code and comply with State and local building codes during the installation of electrical systems. Capable of laying out conduit, cable tray, or wire trough and trapeze systems. Capable of connecting basic control systems. (Start-stop, E-stop, motor starters)

Fabricate devices to assist and improve function and independence and participation in the program and/or community where possible.Provide therapeutic treatment and instruction to patients as directed by the qualified Occupational Therapist and in accordance with physician orders to improve/restore strength, coordination, range-of-motion and function or teach compensation measures.Report information and observations to Occupational Therapist and/or Clinical supervisor, document observed information in patient records and prepares clinical notes. Assist with preparation of progress reports. Maintain and submit documentation as required by the Company and/or facility.Instruct patients and family members regarding home programs as well as care and use of adaptive equipment.Participate in care coordination and discharge planning activities and act as a resource to other health care personnel in meeting patient's needs.Design community reintegration activities, as appropriate, to assist the client in the physical reconditioning effort, and/or the psychological adjustment and coordinate the plan with members of the interdisciplinary team.Use your skills to make an impact Required Experience/Skills:Current and unrestricted OTA licensureMinimum of six months occupational therapist assistant experience preferredHome Health experience a plusCurrent CPR certificationGood organizational and communication skillsValid driver’s license, auto insurance and reliable transportation.Pay Range•$37.00 - $52.00 - pay per visit/unit•$58,400 - $80,000 per year base payScheduled Weekly Hours1Pay RangeThe compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting.
