You will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care across multiple units at New Hanover Regional Medical Center and the Orthopedic Hospital. Associate's or Bachelor's degree in nursing. Current valid North Carolina nursing license required. Basic Life Support (BLS) through American Red Cross or American Heart Association required. In order to be considered for current licensure status, you must apply for reinstatement within one year of completing the refresher course. Responsibilities: Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team to plan and prioritize care interventions.Engage in dialogue with patients and support systems.Mentor and support team members through precepting, orientation, and conflict resolution.Appropriately delegate tasks while ensuring patient safety.Float to other units at NHRMC.
