As an Instructional Aide, you’ll play a vital role in shaping Middle School students' success by providing personalized support, supervision, and guidance. Qualifications Required: High school diploma or equivalent w/ passage of basic skills test.Associate degree or higher in education or a closely related field of study preferred.Licensed currently or in the process of obtaining a paraprofessional, paraeducator, education assistant or similar credential preferred.Prior experience working with children, preferably in a special education or behavioral health program setting.Highly skilled in working with individuals with severe learning disabilities, behavioral disorders and/or emotional disturbance.Ability to think and act quickly and calmly in an emergency and make independent decisions.Proficiency in providing motivation and having critical conversations with students that help move them toward realistic goals.Solid motivational skills and willingness to be flexible and adapt to changing priorities and new initiatives.Advanced oral and written communication, organization, conflict resolution, multitasking, problem solving, and decision-making ability.Knowledge of relevant technology including experience with instructional technology, Microsoft Office Suite, database entry and basic office equipment. Recore Electrical Contractors, Inc. a multi-state licensed, 100% employee-owned, Electrical Services contractor, and one of the largest electrical contractors in the Charlotte Metro Area; is growing and seeking an Industrial Electrical Superintendent to run industrial projects.
Candidates should have at least 2 years of industrial electrical supervision experience.
The Superintendent will oversee the operations and field personnel responsible for the installation, additions, and/or repairs of electrical systems, conductors, and associated materials/equipment for the assigned job. The ideal candidate is a natural problem solver who exercises great communication skills with project managers and clients. Relocation assistance available for out of state candidates.
Duties include but are not limited to: Managing a crew of 10 -15 electricians Review plans and layouts provided by the Project Manager Identify and communicate conflicts in construction progress with the Project Manager. Maintain project schedule by monitoring project progress Controls project plan by reviewing design, specifications, plan and schedule changes Generate weekly and monthly material requests Attend job site meetings with General Contractor, when needed Maintain daily logs and other paperwork that can be required by the General Contractor Use an iPad to document daily progress on a project Maintaining safe and clean working environment Comprehend and practice safe work procedures
Experience requirements: Strong industrial electrical background. 2 years of prior industrial electrical supervision experience Strong knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC). Ability to safely operate and maintain a specialized electrical service vehicle. Able to maintain professional appearance and conduct at all times. Able to demonstrate necessary computer and keyboard skills. Ability to manage customer and company specific information and documentation in an organized manner. Able to maintain high levels of productivity, meeting deadlines while maintaining accuracy. Must be an effective and professional communicator, both written and verbally.
