Assist with inventory control. Perform daily steak cutting quality checks, monitor cutting yield. Perform QC checks on product samples prior to shipment to ensure proper specifications, appearance, packaging and accurate order fulfillment. Conduct employees training when necessary. Complete and submit regular reports for statistical or operational analysis.
