Overview: We are seeking an RN Operating Room Manager, also referred to as a Surgical RN Manager or Perioperative RN Manager in the Operating Room (OR). As an OR Nurse Manager for outpatient surgery procedures, you will oversee all aspects of patient care, resource management, and operational efficiency to ensure safe and effective outcomes for patients undergoing surgical interventions. This is a complex role that will involve coordination, supervision, and clinical oversight.
