QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS: 5+ years of full-time construction project management experience.Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.Skilled in construction project management, financials, processes, and administrationOSHA 10 or 30, CPR and First Aid certifications preferred.Construction of multi-family, hotel, and multi-building facility experience preferred.
