Duties/Responsibilities: Learn to set-up, run, and maintain all large bindery equipment as assigned including: Cutters, Folders, Stitcher, BF Case-In-Line, Kolbus Perfect Binder and KM-600 Perfect Binder.Read and understand work order verifying correct bind type, bulk, trim size, margins and run lengths.Set up machine and perform quality binding that meets expectations, lead by example.Follow daily running order provided by Scheduling Team.Maintain high throughput by performing quick and efficient make-readies and job changeovers.Inspect for quality defectsensuring quality standards are achieved.Perform preventative maintenance, general cleaning and upkeep of machine and auxiliary equipment.Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs to machine and auxiliary equipment.
