Qualifications Appropriate education level required in accordance with state licensure. Must have a minimum of two years of Physical Therapy experience or have graduated from an accredited American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) residency program and have passed the American Board of Physical Therapy Specialties (ABPTS) board exam to obtain the board certified designation of specialty practice. Must be licensed in the state(s) of practice as a Physical Therapist. When applicable, may require valid driver's license.
