Job Requirements: Master’s degree in a field related to Behavior Analysis (Masters in Applied Behavior Analysis preferred).BCBA Certification through the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).Current State of Michigan Behavior Analyst Licensure.At least 1 year of experience working as a BCaBA or under the supervision of a BCBA in training hours.At least 2 years of experience working with youth diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
