About this unitThe Rehab Unit has 42 beds and is located at Blodgett Hospital. Team members enjoy working on the unit as you can become an expert in so many areas since we care for a wide variety of diagnoses. Some of the patients we care for are stroke, lung and heart transplant, bone marrow transplant patients as well as ortho trauma, limb loss, brain injury and more. About the unitOur Rehabilitation and Nursing Center offers short-term rehabilitation after surgery, serious injury or illness. ResponsibilitiesThe RN Case Manager provides intermittent skilled nursing services; communicates the patient’s progress with other disciplines and directs, supervises and instructs hospice aide staff in the provision of personal care to the patient.
