What You’ll Do Provide speech language pathology diagnostic and treatment services using selected standardized and informal assessment procedures to determine the nature, severity, and prognosis for rehabilitation of individuals with communication disorders.This includes training in communication, cognitive, dysphagia, and other related service activities for individual clients and client groups. Act as a communication and dysphagia specialist and resource for clinical teams.Ensure individual assessment and participation with goal identification, treatment planning and implementation of treatment plan. Treatment includes individual and group settings.Completes timely documentation of daily treatment notes, progress reports at funding required intervals, initial evaluation, discharge summaries, home programs, and consultation notes as indicated.Monitor individuals’ progress and maintain accurate records of treatment through data collection and treatment reports as assigned.Serves as a member of an interdisciplinary team for assigned individuals.
