ED is staffed 24/7/365.ED provides meaningful work with a wide variety of tasks.There are lots of learning opportunities, a teamwork-oriented environment and plenty of excitement. Change is constant and it can often be emotionally taxing and stressful.One to two years of inpatient med/surg or critical care experience is preferred.
