If necessary, assist with health care navigation when complex medical conditions arise.Assist the psychiatric prescriber with upholding Hope Network policies and procedures surrounding safe and informed psychotropic prescribing, within their scope of practice. This includes assisting with the process of medication prior authorizations as needed, assist with refills, order labs according to protocol, and assist with tracking and coordinating completion of consumer blood draws, as able.Maintain CARF and regulatory standards including OSHA requirements.Withing the office and community, administer and document medication treatment including injections.Conduct consumer medical assessments and treatment appropriate screenings i.e., metabolic syndrome. Alongside the consumer and interdisciplinary team, assist with the development of wellness and health management skills within the treatment plan goals i.e., nicotine cessation.Other duties, as assigned.
