The Advanced Electrified Powertrain Controls Engineer will work within a team of Powertrain controls, calibrations and integration engineers to develop electrified powertrain systems for current and next-generation electrified powertrains for Chrysler and FIAT vehicles. The overall goal for the team is to develop a complete electrified powertrain that meets the vehicle functional requirements for fuel economy, emissions, drivability, and diagnostics. The ideal candidate, who must be a strong team player and willing to work in a fast paced environment, will be mainly involved in developing modeling and control strategies related to the overall thermal system of the vehicle, including the electrified power train and the vehicle interior. The System Pre-Development & Engine Calibration Engineer is responsible for conducting propulsion systems and engine calibration pre-development. The engineer will plan, coordinate, and analyze data from engine dyno, powertrain dyno, chassis dyno and HIL resources; including interaction with technicians and support engineers. Evaluations will occur with new powertrain technologies that span the hardware, calibration and control domains. The engineer will analyze and solve complex system problems as they relate to engine performance, fuel consumption, emissions, and base engine calibration development. The engineer will manipulate and utilize large and complex sets of engine mapping data to create the base engine calibration which achieve propulsion system functional objectives.

The Hybrid Electric Vehicle Calibration Engineer is responsible for leading calibration development of an assigned function items in the Electric Vehicle Control Unit (EVCU) from first dyno, into early mule vehicle to production on the next generation of xHEV Propulsion Systems. The scope of responsibility spans the application and optimization of control systems into production for xHEV Propulsion Systems. The calibrator will document and justify all EVCU calibration changes through rigorous development and test plans. The Development & Validation Test Engineer for Automatic Transmission, Driveline and/or Gear Reducers is responsible for designing, developing, and validating components and systems. The Candidate will work closely with other engineer groups interacting with the transmission, including but not limited to transmission & Driveline hardware, software, calibration, thermal management, engine engineering organizations. The D&V Test Engineer is also responsible for test execution to ensure functional objectives and durability goals are met. This includes, test planning, Bill-of-material development, test cell setup and debug, test schedule development, root cause analysis of test stoppages throughout the test and finally to lead the test article inspection and report following the end of each test. The engineer will initiate root cause analysis and solution development process if and when test failures are identified.

We are seeking a highly motivated Embedded Software Test Engineer to join our Integration Team. You will play a key role in the integration, test, and release of embedded software. This position requires a strong focus on testing activities in accordance with automotive industry standards, including ASPICE and ISO 26262 (functional safety). You will work closely with software development, hardware teams, and quality departments to ensure robust and compliant software integration. Key Responsibilities: Define and implement integration and test strategies for embedded software systems in accordance with ASPICE and ISO 26262.Develop and execute test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test specifications at software integration.Perform software integration testing on vehicle-level hardware, HIL (Hardware-in-the-Loop)Support requirements analysis and traceability, ensuring test coverage for software.Participate in failure analysis, debugging, and root cause investigation for integration issues.Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of ASPICE work products, such as test strategies, test reports, defect reports, and review records.Ensure all testing activities comply with ISO 26262 functional safety requirements, including safety analysis support (FMEA, FTA) and safety validation testing.Support tool qualification and test automation to improve efficiency and consistency.Provide input for continuous improvement of test processes, methods, and tools.Integrate new content from various functional systems/component into a final HIL/vehicle flash-ready file.Monitor and analyze Embedded Controller resources including VRAM, CPU throughput, and ROM/Flash memory.Measure network parameters using CANoe/CANalyzer and prepare measurements using ETAS-INCA.

The Program Manager - Internal Logistics Engineering (ILE) will perform up front program loading studies and investment cost roll ups for new programs at the assembly plant. Issue scope of work, hold pre bid meetings and aid in selection of PM tier one management source for racks and material flow. A qualified candidate will write projects and fill out Ipass (resourcing) documents and source packages for all packaging on a program. The Program Manager - Internal Logistics Engineering will track loop costs for the program and develop and track CWI's for program funding. Attend all relevant Program Management Team meetings, complexity meetings, open issue meetings at plant during launch and open issue meetings with Tier one Program Management resources. This position will develop and track program management timeline and deliverables (racks, containers, F&E equipment and material flow). This successful candidate for this role will attend and present ILE & MLM (material logistics management) deliverables status at Senior Management reviews. This position will ensure all ILE deliverables are made on time every time during the course of the launch of a new program.
