This includes tools and techniques, including Kanban boards, user story writing, burndown techniques, and retrospective facilitation.Excellent communication and mentoring skills.Team level experience collaborating to deliver business value.Strong knowledge of Agile software development processes and techniques.Familiarity with secure code design principles and practices.Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an ability to express complex technical concepts in business terms.Strong analytical, problem solving, and conceptual skills.
