This is a hybrid position with a minimal on-site requirement at WBHU and Southfield.Job SummaryLeads and manages operational improvement projects throughout the organization including both clinical and non-clinical areas to accomplish measurable business process improvements. Both Providers and MAs work together one-on-one at the facilities. Patients are seen in one of our clinic areas or you may visit the patient rooms to provide them care. This position gives a unique opportunity for an MA who enjoys working independently side-by-side with a Provider. There is a variety in the work while remaining at one location each day.
