This role involves analyzing and assessing customer- and payer-specific enrollment requirements, translating client billing information (including their top payers) into athenaOne, and configuring the payer enrollment table to align with the client’s unique business model.Further, the Enrollment Configuration Associate collaborates with the Onboarding Success Manager (OSM) to provide consultative guidance on enrollment configuration, payer requirements, and expectations, supporting OSM and client discussions as part of a seamless implementation. They are known for their deep expertise on the complexity and nuance of electronic payer enrollment and the revenue cycle capabilities of athenaOne.
