This position will be full-time, on site, and is a salaried position. What You'll DoServe as the primary relationship manager between the State, MSP, and supplier networkPartner with Department and State managers to build strong working relationships, document workforce needs, and support ongoing and future staffing initiativesOversee the full requisition lifecycle including manager needs qualification, candidate review, phone screening, interview facilitation, and selection processAct as point of escalation for issues involving supplier performance, resource relations, billing, reporting, and recruitmentProvide regular status updates to State leadership, including weekly requisition and program reportsDeliver MSP education and VMS training to State managers, ensuring compliance with State processes and system useRecommend process improvements to drive efficiencies and program enhancementsEnsure accountability for sub-vendor performance, including candidate quality, compliance, and timely issue resolutionCoordinate closely with the Contract Administrator on all program management and governance requirementsMaintain on-site staffing presence in Augusta, ME during State business hours (Monday–Friday, 8 a.m.–5 p.m.)What You'll NeedRequired:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field10+ years of experience in MSP program management, staffing, or contingent workforce management with public sector VMS clientsStrong knowledge of IT staffing industry trends, practices, and compliance requirementsProven leadership skills with experience managing supplier networks and large-scale staffing programsExcellent communication, relationship management, and issue resolution skillsExperience delivering executive-level reporting and program governance updatesAbility to work onsite in Augusta, ME with occasional approved travelPhysical DemandsAbility to safely and successfully perform the essential job functions consistent with the ADA and other federal, state, and local standardsSedentary work that involves sitting or remaining stationary most of the time with occasional need to move around the office to attend meetings, etc.Ability to conduct repetitive tasks on a computer, utilizing a mouse, keyboard, and monitorThe pay range for this position is $110,000 - $120,000 annually (USD). Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including location, experience, and education.
