We work collaboratively to make sure every member has the opportunity to shape their work life and grow professionally.Anticipated ScheduleThis is a full-time positionSome holidays are requiredMonday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday: 7:30 AM – 6:00 PM or 8:00 AM – 6:30 PMCompensationStarting at $28/hr(commensurate with experience and licensure) Requirements What You’ll Do:As a Licensed Rehabilitation Veterinary Technician, you’ll be an essential part of the rehabilitation team, working alongside our specialist to support patient recovery, function, and quality of life. Your responsibilities will include:Assisting with and implementing treatments such as underwater treadmill, massage, laser therapy, shockwave therapy, and regenerative procedures (PRP, BMAC) Creating and updating individualized treatment plans and maintaining accurate records Administering anesthesia and advanced nursing care under veterinary supervision Communicating clearly and compassionately with clients, including treatment demonstrations and updates Performing nursing tasks including phlebotomy, medication administration (PO, IM, SQ, IV), and monitoring Participating in department management tasks such as ordering, equipment upkeep, and procedure coordination Mentoring new team members and collaborating with referring veterinarians for continuity of care Who We’re Looking For:LVT/CVT/RVT licensure in good standing Solid understanding of anatomy, kinesiology, and animal behaviorExperience with anesthesia, nursing care, and client communicationAbility to lift 35–45 lbs and support mobility of larger patients Strong organizational, teamwork, and time-management skills A positive attitude and commitment to helping pets live their best lives Ready to Make an Impact If you’re excited to join a high-performing team, expand your skills in rehabilitation medicine, and help elevate the quality of care at PVESC, we’d love to connect with you.
