As a Lead Warehouse Worker,you will leadtasks which may include assisting Operations Managers in coordinating work activities and process flow. You will help to instill a safety culture, identify training needs, and participate in root cause analysis using experience and continuous improvement methodology. You’ll also assist in conducting control plan and standard work audits, collaborating with your Operations Manager to identify gaps. In this role, you’ll work with other team members, leaders and departments to assess product flow and quality and make appropriate recommendations and adjustments in collaboration with your leader to efficiently and safely move product to achieve goals.
