They must have a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.5. The qualifying Physical Therapy degree earned outside of the U.S. must be evaluated to be the U.S. equivalent to a degree in Physical Therapy.6. A thorough knowledge of Medicare and third party billing is required. 7. They must be able to practice Physical Therapy per state guidelines.8.
