Supervises pharmacy technician/student activities and ensures that they are in accordance with established policies, procedures and protocols. Councils staff on their performance and provide documentation of exemplary and unsatisfactory work performance at time of occurrence. Modify and implement pharmacy technician workflow to the needs of the department. Works under the supervision of a pharmacist.
