Our commitment to quality is unwavering.Job Summary:Work with Product and Project Management in the analysis of new and existing business processes and workflows and translate them into actionable technical requirements for review and approval by business stakeholders. Work with project teams to develop and maintain requirements as prioritized issues. Will analyze and create detailed documentation of Information Systems and business workflows, including workflow diagramming, program functions, and steps required to implement information systems.Technology products and services enhance our ability to attract new print prospects, retain existing print customers, and drive end-to-end supply chain efficiency.Duties and Responsibilities:Analysis and Configuration ManagementServe on project teams to define, develop, and implement new technology products or servicesSupport Business Line and Product Management in the collection, analysis, and specification of business and technical requirementsProvide key linkage between the customer, development team, and any third-parties regarding business requirements and software functionality throughout the development lifecycleResponsible for software configuration & deployment management via Atlassian toolsetSupport Quality Assurance by performing use-case analysis, documenting functional and non-functional test cases, and engaging in UAT.Work with internal and geographically diverse team members to review, schedule, and assess the status of multiple initiatives through Atlassian and related communication toolsetsUse proven Sheridan project management tools and best practices to define and manage business needs, objectives, scope, deliverables, requirements, success criteria, costs, constraints, timeline, project organization and resource requirements, and status reportingDevelop systems based on standards set by CJK IT, where appropriateSupport systems and applications through end-user requests and troubleshooting as neededSoftware Lifecyle Leadership – Advocate Agile and DevOps Principles including but not limited to, continuous improvement, business and developers working together daily, simplicity, customer value, technical excellence, and systems thinking.Knowledge Sharing – Share knowledge of new technologies, techniques, and best practices with other teams, and across CJK companies. Assist peers at other CJK companies, where sharing and reapplying software technology is appropriate.Offer Direction and Perspective – Evaluate justifications for major and cross-company technology projects, review assumptions, and ensure projects move the company along a proper technology path. Once a decision is made, fully support the leadership team in implementing and using selected software, equipment, and procedures.Coordinate efforts – Develop or reapply best practices across CJK companies. Demonstrate sound business and professional ethics.Show consistency of principles, values, and behaviors.Build trust with others.Travel – Occasional travel to CJK or supplier sites may be required.Additional Accountabilities:Follow all required safety procedures such as: PPE’s, Ergonomics, etc. Performs job in a manner that protects the health and safety of all employees.Perform any other tasks as required by management.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university in information technology, computer science, publishing, graphic arts, printing, or related information systems or engineering fields.3 – 5 years of experience in relevant business fields. One or more years in a leadership role.Passionate about increasing productivity through the evolution of software development models.Experience with business analysis and workflow optimization.Experience with software development life cycle models such as Agile, Waterfall and Lean.Strong technical analysis skills in system design and user-story/requirements & specifications.Proven technical and system development skills. Experience with development environments such as: Microsoft .Net (C#), SQL databases & reporting, Atlassian Jira, JavaScript, PHP, Google Analytics or similar BI tools, Microsoft Office, etc.Experience with Flowcharting and Workflow Diagram creationExperience in UI/UX design. Experience with Bootstrap CSS framework is a plus.Experience in web-based technology stacks such as ASP.NET and LAMP.Experience in evaluation and selection of technical products and services.Experience in managing technology projects. Competent and comfortable with project management tools like Gantt charts, timelines, budget tracking, and performance metric charts.Creativity & innovation skills to take a broad view, look for meaningful connections, translate new ideas into workable solutions, and encourage others to do the same.Initiative and follow-through to get going on important priorities, overcome obstacles, take appropriate risks, and keep moving toward goals.
