ManTech seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Senior Cyber Incident Coordinator to join our team in Springfield, VA.Responsibilities include but are not limited to:Support activities to maintain and share timely situational awareness of network topology, active threats, and actions that could adversely affect the informational environmentShare timely situational awareness of overall health and status of information environment defensesSupport activities to receive, resolve conflicts, coordinate, and share event information and reporting on incident responses, network outages, threats, and classified information spillsSupport Mission Manager in the creation and escalation of cyber incident cases and reportingReceive and generate information system security alerts, advisories, and directives from designated organizations for all information environments, networks, and systemsGenerate cyber threat products based on known, perceived, and understood threats affection communication systems and networksCreate, disseminate, and report executive summary on all cyber incidentsMinimum Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree or 4+ years of additional cyber experience in lieu of degree5+ years of relevant experienceExperience working with computer desktop packages such as Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.Strong time management and multitasking skills as well as attention to detail as we well as strong collaborative skills and proven ability to work in a diverse team of security professionals.IAT Level II (GSEC, Security+, SSCP, or CCNA-Security) certification required or ability to obtain within 6 months of hirePreferred Qualifications:Experience working with information security practices, networks, software, and hardwareExperience working with cyber operations and security architectureAbility to make decisions and resolve problems effectively – Seek out information and data to evaluate, prioritize and formulate best solution or practice.Understanding of latest security principles, techniques, and protocols.Clearance Requirements:Must have a current/active TS/SCI w/PolygraphPhysical Requirements:The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time. Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
