Clinical Supervisors are organizational culture carriers who are accountable for promoting clinical excellence and quality outcomes.Key Responsibilities:Deliver 15-20 billable units of clinical services to clients per weekProvide 10-12 hours of individual and group supervision weekly to unlicensed clinicians. Licensure supervision is to be held according to state regulations, payor contracts and agency supervision policy. Supervision to be provided both live and/or via video conference and may be across multiple sites.Review clinical documentation of supervisee, which includes evaluation of treatment plans, session notes and related documents.
