Responsibilities: The Program Lead is responsible for facilitating the efficient oversight of rehabilitation services in their assigned account(s). This position also assists in ensuring coordination of services are successful, customer relations are following the highest standard, and referral sources have touch points and are informed. The Program Lead monitors that the highest standard of rehabilitation services is delivered and maintained, and coordinates with leadership when support is needed.Assists therapy staff in effective and efficient delivery of rehab services; adherence to an established plan of care, department and patient(s)' schedule, and timely documentation of services.Provides direct patient care.Provides routine customer relations touch points to ensure customer satisfaction and continued referral flow.
